His practice spans intellectual property licensing, data privacy and security, and healthcare regulatory matters, as well as corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and venture capital investments.

Deeply engaged with the digital health community, Jefferson advises emerging innovators through the Rock Health Innovation Fellowship program, volunteers as a judge for the University of Washington Hollomon Health Innovation Challenge, and has helped organize the Digital Health Counsel AI Summit in Seattle.
