Greg applies his diverse experience to help clients navigate complex legal and operational issues. A skilled intellectual property practitioner and a former patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Greg advises his clients as to intellectual property strategy and develops unique solutions based on each client’s individual needs. Greg is an experienced litigator who has represented clients at the U.S. International Trade Commission, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and in district courts across the country, including in relation to patents, trademarks, and trade secrets. Greg’s practice and experience covers a wide range of industries and technologies including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and data processing.
In addition to other practice areas, Greg has a special interest in working with veterans to help them obtain benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs. Greg has proudly represented veterans from multiple branches of the U.S. armed forces and has worked with several non-profit organizations to help veterans obtain benefits from their time in the armed forces.
